Heritage Woodcraft provides custom wooden door design, manufacturing, and installation services. All specifications, timelines, and pricing are subject to confirmation in a formal contract or purchase agreement.

3. Order Process and Deposits

• A 50% deposit is required to begin custom door production
• Final payment is due upon completion before installation
• Custom orders are non-refundable once production begins
• Lead times typically range from 6-12 weeks depending on complexity

4. Design Consultations

Initial design consultations are provided free of charge. Detailed architectural drawings or extensive design revisions may incur additional fees, which will be disclosed in advance.

5. Materials and Specifications

We use premium, sustainably-sourced hardwoods and quality materials. Natural variations in wood grain, color, and texture are inherent characteristics and not considered defects. All materials are selected to meet or exceed industry standards.

6. Installation Services

8. Changes and Cancellations
